We also offer a range of additional dance tuition services for Schools (Curriculum time classes which can be used as PPA and a range of other options) some of which are listed at the bottom of this page. Activity Fun Days
A great idea for the whole school to get involved with a dance session.
Dance as part of P.E/Wellbeing & PPA (Planning, Preparation and Assessment Cover)
With the new curriculum, Schools are keen to book a number of weekly sessions on a long term basis so that sessions can be taught to the whole school over a period of time/the whole academic year. (E.g 2-3 different year groups/classes per morning for a 4-6 week block/half term, then swap to the next classes and so on. This way every class in the school has the opportunity to participate in the session at some point in the academic year.
As your aware the new curriculum is all about creativity, expressive arts and experiences so dance and gymnastics sessions would fit in well, especially as PPA cover to widen the childrens experiences. Classes can link to a topic if preferred.
I offer classes as one off sessions, block bookings (half termly, termly, or the full academic year) as well as one off activity mornings.
